Executive Effectiveness

When it comes to leadership effectiveness, people's assessment of who you are is far more important than their opinion of what you do.  An executive's effectiveness relies on their ability to establish "who they are" in the eyes of the people around them.  It requires an executive to effectively communicate their character, their philosophies, and their passion in order to establish who they are.  Only then will a leader's words and actions have the positive influence they desire.

Executive DevelopmentHow does one go about communicating character, philosophies, and passion?  They are communicated through Interpersonal Competencies, Personality Traits, and Physical Impressions.

People assess us constantly, especially during those "moments of apparent insignificance".  And they determine how to respond to us based on the level of trust, respect, and admiration they have for us.  Fortunately. interpersonal competencies can be developed and enhanced, personality traits can be projected with greater clarity, and physical impressions can be crafted.
